The proximity to the bridge allows quick access to mainland shopping, groceries, etc. The open living, dining and kitchen area is a great gathering space for family and friends. Living room has a twin sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Amenities include WIFI, Roku TV, Blu-Ray, washer/dryer, picnic table, gas grill, garage, and guest storage. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze as you begin or end your day on one of the many porches and decks furnished with rockers and chairs. Easy beach access allows a quick walk to the beach for a day of sand and surf. A short walk back to the home allows you to enjoy an afternoon or evening grilling and a dip in your private pool. What better way to end your day but in a refreshing outdoor shower. This fantastic beach cottage will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation! BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an altenate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

This house was amazing! Beautiful, clean home with fantastic pool. Plenty of beach/pool toys/floats that we were able to use during our stay. Home was well kept and very clean; updated flooring and furniture. Best house we have stayed in yet down here. We will definitely look into staying in this home again if we have a small group again.

The property was amazing! It had so much more than most other beach rentals we had in the past. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were tons of pool floats/toys, and plenty of beach gear. The pool was fantastic! The furniture was so nice though would love for the main bedroom to have a king bed.

This was our second September trip to Holden Beach & we were so so happy and pleased with this house! Not only is it beautiful inside and out, it was extremely clean, cozy, comfortable, & felt like home. We enjoyed the pool and especially found lots of use out of the outdoor shower- helping us keep it clean & free of sand inside! We didn't read the note about the Roku remote until our last day. The remote was extremely uncooperative. I'm sure the app would help out a lot!! The "kitchen towel set" we rented through Coastal for the week was 1 rag & 1 towel, both stained and worn out looking so I wouldn't recommend that. The home did have some kitchen towels and cloths though! Our weather was perfect... a beautiful mix of clouds and sun. We found lots of pretty shells and 2 big shark teeth! We also enjoyed the short walk to the playground, Sunset Slush, & Mermaid's. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful rental. See you next year!
