I have stayed here for quite a few years. It has been well equipped, maintained and cared for.I plan to stay here in the future. The new wood floors were very nice.

The property is well equipped and maintained. I have stayed in this same property for several years and have been well pleased with the accommodations there. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities I would want or need. Coastal and the owner of the property have always been helpful and easy to work with. I have mainly dealt with Barb and Alise there at Coastal. Both have been easy to deal with and very helpful in any way they could to meet my needs. Over the years I have stayed with other Rental Agencies at Holden Beach and they have been good to deal with but I feel more at home or comfortable with Coastal. I plan to stay at this property and with Coastal in the future. I would and have recommended Coastal to people asking about Holden Beach.

I had stayed at this property previously. This property is well maintained. Coastal has been great to deal with for vacation rentals. Their staff is always cheerful & outgoing whether on the phone or in person. The only times I have used other rental groups is that properties I was interested in were not available. I have recommended Coastal to others considering a vacation at Holden Beach. The only problem I encountered this stay was weather due to the storm that occurred during my stay. I think Coastal has a good staff and is always helpful to any need I have ever had. I plan on being back next year.
