Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

Beach Time is one of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed in. Everything from the Kurig coffeemaker to the air fryer made this feel like we were at home (on the beach though). The covered porch came in very handy with the rain we had. We could sit out and not have any drips. The pool is excellent as well as the games that are also by the pool and in the laundry facility. It was nice to arrive and have bath towels ready for the home. This home is SO comfortable and really checked all the boxes for our week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beach Time. The kitchen was well equipped and the large island is fantastic. The pool was a perfect addition to our stay. The wall of windows provided a constantly perfect view of the ocean. We will be back.

The house is immaculate compared to other homes I have stayed in at Holden Beach. The updates are absolutely beautiful and the house is absolutely as advertised. The proximity to the bridge is WONDERFUL! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. This was an incredible Thanksgiving week at the beach and the house and staff of Coastal Vacations made it great!!! Weâ€™d love to come back!!!!

We have been staying at Holden for many years and love it . All of our family love our second home and would really love to stay much longer. We never want to leave. It is so pleasant and wonderful sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Just wonderful !

It was an excellent vacation house. Beachtime was clean, comfortably furnished and well maintained. It had great open space with beautiful views while maintaining the coziness of home. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was just perfect for getting the kids off to bed and enjoying the common area. We would be privileged to stay there again.

Beach Time is my favorite vacation home at Holden Beach. I have stayed in this cottage for four years now and feel so much at home and so relaxed while staying here. The owners have done an amazing job on renovations, the pool was unbelievable, and every year there is a new update. Don't let the word out though, because it may get to be so popular that I won't be able to rent it again!! :)

We have vacationed at this unit on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Excellent location and an ocean in your backyard. The unit has always been clean and a favorite for our grandchildren. I would say the rates are reasonable and considering the amenities available for our use, its a winner. Beachtime has given our family many memories that will last a lifetime.
