Description

Deep-water canal home with direct access to the pier and beach at the end of the street. Home has front porch, full back deck, floating dock and ramp, sun deck with built-in seating and fish sink over the canal. Expanded cable, 46" flat screen TV in living room. Wifi. TVs in all bedrooms. Enclosed H/C Outside Shower, extra freezer, ceiling fans throughout. Enclosed 2-car garage with storage area for guest use. Beach access located between 465 & 467 OBW. Bed linens (bedrooms only) provided for weekly rentals.  No towels provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.  Pet-friendly with payment of pet fee.

This is the second year we have stayed in this house and the overall layout for gathering with family and friends is great. We also love having the ability to bring our dog on vacation with us. The beach access is super close and easy. The canal access and secure storage under the house is a huge benefit for our paddle boards and kayaks that we use daily in the canal and ICW. The house is in the perfect location to the pier, General Store and Ice Cream shop as well.

Do-Little-Dock was a conveniently placed, clean, and comfortable house. We liked having the garage underneath the house for storage for our beach gear and golf cart. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of equipment for cooking meals. The house is in short walking distance to the beach, pier, and other entertainment for us and our two teenagers. The dock was great for our boat, floats, fishing gear, crab pot, and minnow traps. We had a great time at this property, and we have already booked a week for next year.
