New to Rental Program!

Come enjoy this newly renovated inside and out beach cottage.  Bright, clean beachy decor with partial ocean and marsh views. Easy beach access with just a 1/2 block paved stroll to private boardwalk out to the beach.  This cottage is on a quiet family-friendly street with plenty of private parking for all.   Easy entry with a keyless door lock. The covered front porch includes ceiling fans, an eating area, rockers and a gate.  Out back there's a large deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Enjoy the shiny new well-appointed kitchen featuring a large island and coffee bar which includes its own mini fridge. Baby booster seat, Pack n' Play and two safety gates are included. Laundry is conveniently located on main floor. Ceiling fans throughout. There is WIFI and five flat-screen TVs with Spectrum TV. The family area TV receives 125+ channels including ESPN, CNN, Discovery, HGTV and locals. All of the TVs include Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney, etc.  There's also a DVD player and plenty of books to read.  Family area has a recliner plus two sofas and a large family dining table. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill with adjacent seating and picnic area with ceiling fan, and lockable under home storage. Dog friendly (2 dogs under 40 lbs each allowed).  In addition to our routine cleaning and Covid cleaning performed when each group departs, a vigorous pet cleaning procedure is included any time there have been dogs present.  Bring your fishing gear and golf clubs.  CVR guests receive exclusive golf rates at some of the area courses.  There are lounge chairs and beach toys available in the under house storage. Dream Weaver will become your perfect vacation spot for family and friends! BED LINENS PROVIDED (Beds in bedrooms only) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Wonderful property! The bunk room was perfect for my family. We had grandchildren with us and they loved the porches and the beach Close beach access. The street was great for riding bikes.The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was nicely updated. It was very well done! We will return

The property was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was so clean and I did not see one single bug the entire time. The grass was a little long when we first arrived but it was mowed mid week. The only thing that I can think that would make this property any better, would be a fenced in back yard for the pup!!! Otherwise I would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again !! First time at Holden beach … and my entire family loved it !!!

Wonderful house with updated finishes, well supplied kitchen and we liked the easy use of key pad. Comfortable porch with rockers and table & chairs so we spent many hours here, quiet street for children to ride bikes. There are many thoughtful touches like throws for getting cozy when TV watching, good placement on hooks or coat racks in downstairs bedroom and hallway, and comfortable beds. I hope to book again in future.

I was very impressed with the Dreamweaver property! The home was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful on the inside. It was exactly what the online pictures advertised. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed. Well located and easy walk to the beach. We definitely plan to come back.

The home's location on Holden is excellent, and the dedicated beach access was very convenient. The area was quiet and the setting was exactly what we were after for our trip. The kitchen was nicely kitted out -- plenty of dishware, cookware and helpful accessories. The outdoor shower and big porches were enjoyed by all. The A/C indoors functioned very well, and the abundant outdoor fans were a nice touch. The wifi was fast and everyone liked the plentiful outlets and plug-in spots for recharging electronics.
