Description

This charming oceanfront duplex is tastefully decorated. Each side has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All brand new mattresses in March of 2023. For a larger family reunion, rent Westside & Eastside together! Oceanside decks with rockers and chairs on both upper and lower levels. There is a shared private walkway to the beach with a seating area and outside boardwalk shower. Laundry facilities and enclosed hot/cold shower shared on ground level. Charcoal grill, ceiling fans, HDTV, Direct TV, and high-speed WIFI. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We would like to thank the nice plumber, who came out to fix a shower, on Thanksgiving eve.He was so nice and took time to install a cutoff valve. He was very accomodating. Eastside provided a nice getaway. We were a little concerned when we arrived. The downstairs toilet was running. Several light bulbs were out. We replaced the flapper in the toilet and bought some light bulbs. Ceiling fans and vents were very, very dusty. As a long time satisfied, Coastal patron, we chalked it up to the off season. We had a wonderful time. Diana is awesome!!! We love her!! In case the owner needs to make any repairs, please add a non working plug in the upstairs bedroom, (green room) behind the dresser and a lamp, closest to the upstairs deck door. Truly, these are not complaints , merely concerns. We love Coastal.

The property is very nice, comfortable. The only issue about the stay was no TV (no satellite signal). The direct TV tech came out on our last day to replace the satellite dish, so we only got to enjoy TV for a few hours before leaving.

Most serene vacation ever...so close we could rock away in the sun and didn't even get sand between toes unless wanted to walk....loved upstairs bedroom and slept every night with door open..such sound deep sleeping...just what the Dr.ordered!

Easy check in & check out was easy. The house was just as promised. Beautiful views, stock with chairs and plenty of beach toys. The AC had an issue early in the week and the maintenance came very quickly and solved the issue. It was perfect for our family!
