2025 Free Beach Gear w/ Weekly Rentals - 1 Point All Year!!

Lovely beach home, HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE with ramp to second floor and to lower ocean side sun deck, two handicapped equipped baths (one up in master bedroom, one on lower level). Open deck from great room, two ocean side decks, deck furniture, One 46" HDTV in great room, WIFI, stereo, ceiling fans throughout, game table, highchair, boardwalk, charcoal grill and outside shower provided. Suited for all ages.
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Towels and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

We were very happy to see the renovations (inside and out) at Grammy House! The new vinyl flooring in the downstairs bedroom was great. We hope that Grammy's continues with renovations. My husband uses a wheelchair and we bring a lift to get him into bed in the master suite. I think we've been in this house for 20+ years!!

This house is well suited for an individual at age 94 who uses a walker. The wheel chair ramp, both to the house and to beach access made it easy for us to use a beach wheelchair that enabled her to be a part of our activities on the beach.

It is large, comfortable, well stocked, and the beach is beautiful! An added bonus....the deck close to the beach. We practically live there!!

This house was PERFECT for our family reunion, and would be for anyone else. The 4 bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The living areas are well furnished. The porches and decks are wonderful. Having the elevator was a major plus for us, both for people and our stuff.

Grammy's House is a wonderful property, especially if someone in the family has accessibility issues. We have someone in a wheelchair and he has access to all levels and can get very close to the beach. We have been coming here almost 20 years and have our reservations for 2016!!
