Laundry, TV room, wet bar on middle BR level. Beautiful MBR Suite, large open Great Room/Dining/Kitchen, Pantry/Bar, Office/Game Room on top level. Open & covered decks. Fish or boat from covered dock. WIFI, DVD, HDTV. Easy walk to the community center pool and cabana as well as volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Beach access east of 358 Serenity. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Beautiful property -our favorite so far. We have been coming to Holden since my oldest grandson was born, and he is now 24. Holden will always be our first beach vacation choice.

Gray Goose is a beautiful home, hopefully we will be back next July!! That’s the plan !! Beautifully decorated but has a family oriented feel to it, loved the story of the house. This is the 3rd house we have stayed in here at Dunescapes and while all were beautiful and met our family needs we all agree we like this one best. Wish there was a home tour and could physically walk thru them to see what suits you best! Coastal Vacations is always very helpful in any way needed! Thanks for making another wonderful, memorable vacation for our family. I, along with my daughter, 3 grandsons and granddaughter climbed to the top of Oak Island lighthouse on this trip! Thanks again and looking forward to working with you for next years trip.

Our family loves staying at Grey Goose! The house is awesome and we love the private dock and lighting! The decor makes us feel at home and the community has always been safe and peaceful! Parking is decent, the only thing missing is a gas grill. My elderly parents, aunt, and uncle are able to visit while we are there because of the elevator and they can fish off the covered dock which they love! The rental process is made easy and we appreciate the realtors and homeowners accommodating us and our needs! Thanks for allowing our family to make many memories in this home! The Spearmans

We had a great time at Gray Goose! We rented a boat and went up and the inter coastal and fished off the dock. Was a wonderful time. We will be back!😎

This is a lovely and comfortable home. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Great views from the main living floor of the ocean and the inter coastal waterway. We had our parents with us (late seventies, early eighties) and they appreciated the elevator. Others of us really enjoyed using the tennis courts which are a quick walk from the house. This was the second time we've stayed here and hope to again in the future.
