Beautiful pool. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

This is a very cozy and inviting home. Beautifully decorated but does not give off a "no touch vibe". So welcoming. very well stocked with any possible kitchen item you could need. The home is always so clean at check-in and that really starts the week off right. The pool area is amazing and the collection of beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards is great. We Love the front porch-always a nice breeze and plenty of room. We have already put a hold for next year and will most likely make this our "forever" rental for as many years as we can book it!

The property is not only gorgeous but is also comfortable. Just enough space to relax without being overwhelmed with tons of nick/knacks or "untouchables". Loved seeing the owners family pictures and how their children have grown over the years. Pool was very refreshing. We have a hold placed for same time next year and are already counting down the days.

Holden Genie is our dream vacation spot. A beautiful cottage with ample room, it's just what our family of seven needed. We spent a week enjoying the private pool, the super easy and quick beach access, as well as sweet family time on the front porch rockers! Drinks, dinner, and sunsets on the back porch were a family favorite. Being able to easily rent our cabana, umbrellas, and chairs online prior to our stay made our beach time fun and easy. We can't imagine a better experience, and we can't wait to come back!

We love this home! This was our 5th year returning to this property. It is so well- appointed and beautiful, with a perfect location and wonderful outdoor spaces, especially the pool! We've made many wonderful family memories here and look forward to many more summers.

We've stayed at Holden Jeanie for 4 summers now. We love this house! It fits our family perfectly. Every year, there is some new update. Last summer we were surprised with a pool in the backyard - it enhanced our visit so much! This summer, the kitchen had been remodeled. The house is decorated beautifully and is so convenient to the beach. We will keep staying here until our family outgrows it, if that day comes!
