Description

Holden Time is your vacation getaway located directly across the street from the ocean. Well-equipped, continuously updated and meticulously maintained beach home. Wood floors throughout. Living room attractively furnished, vaulted ceilings, and large flat screen TV. Fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertop with snack bar and dining room seating. Each bedroom equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. Twin rollaway bed provided for extra sleeping (sheets not provided for rollaway). Wireless high speed internet access. Front deck has rocking chairs. Side deck has outdoor dining table. Top deck features chaise lounges and table. Large H/C enclosed outdoor shower, swing and charcoal grill. Close beach access between 329 & 331 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish o consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay! Sad to see that this property is up for sale and hoping that the new owners will continue to make it available for rentals. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be to provide beach chairs and an umbrella.

Cute and nicely decorated cottage in a great location! We especially enjoyed the crows nest deck and the higher quality outdoor furniture. The half bath underneath was very handy as well!

Holden Time was a very nice house. nice views. lots of decking chairs and easy walk to the beach access. The DVD collection was a great addition for family time before bed.

Nice house. It very closely matched expectations. Loved having the enclosed hot/cold shower and a half bath under that one could use without going into the main house with wet suits.

The home is nice with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the layout of the house but we wished the bathrooms were larger with more counter space. We enjoyed the movie library.

Very well appointed and maintained cottage with comfortable furniture and beds...a must for an enjoyable and restive vacation. All new flat-screen televisions were installed in each room the day of our arrival. Kitchen had everything necessary for food preparation and serving with the exception of small serving bowls for things such as cereal, fruit, or snacks. The outside furniture was the best of any cottage in our more than 20 years coming to Holden Beach. It was sturdy and comfortable. We grilled twice on the park-style outside grill, which was extra nice with the wooden walkway to it. The oversized outside shower and bath off the carport are great conveniences for getting sand off before coming inside the cottage. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have prebooked four weeks for 2016!
