The home offers a great space for outdoor relaxing and entertaining, including 2 beautiful covered porches with plenty of deck chairs for family and friends. The spacious backyard on the waterway is a great place for kids to play, and offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, new Polywood outdoor furniture, and an oversized deck overlooking the canal. Convenient hot and cold outside shower with dressing area at ground level.

Inside you will find an open floor plan that includes high ceilings and 3 large sliding glass doors that capture the beautiful views of canal living. The newly updated kitchen overlooks the canal and is fully stocked for meal preparations. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor covered porch that is perfect for outdoor dining. The canal home features hardwood flooring, tasteful decor, and stainless steel appliances. Central Air and ceiling fans throughout, 4 new Smart TV's. One in each bedroom and one in the living room, WIFI, and Netflix. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor for your convenience. For those who enjoy outdoor living with plenty of privacy and relaxation, this is the perfect location for you and your family!

The house was great! Loved the fenced in backyard and dock! We had an issue with the A/C midweek, but Coastal Vacations handled it with the owner. The owner fixed it ASAP and we were able to finish our fabulous vacation in comfort. Recommend Coastal Vacations and this home for rental! It is nice to have an owner that cares and responds to rental company as soon as they call with an issue.

The house is great. We love the porch, and my 7-year-old grandson has spent almost the entire time fishing from the dock. We also appreciate that the waterfront is fenced, which keeps the busy baby from launching himself over the side. We love the plush grass - and the fact that the sprinklers come on at 9:00 provides a great signal to the boy that it's time to stop fishing! Oh, I took my 6- and 7-year-old grandsons in with me to pick up the key, and when we got back in the car, they both said, "Those were the nicest people!"
