Walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, beach rental stores, coffee shop, park and concerts. Three bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with double bed), and 1 bathroom with tub and shower. Open living/dining/kitchen area, small kitchen appliances provided, microwave, cable TV, WIFI, central heat/air, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, stereo, radio. Great covered porch with rockers, outdoor shower, charcoal grill and picnic area. Private beach access across the street between 205 & 207 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

This is our third year staying at the Lee Cottage and we love it! It’s a sweet, little old beach style house. We love the porch and outside shower, as well as the convenient beach access. The living area is open and warm and perfect for our family.

We love the Lee Cottage! This is our second year staying there. Thanks for adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms! Made a big difference at night. The outdoor shower and front porch are our favorites of this little house.
