Home is a Duplex located on a quiet street and was fully renovated interior and exterior in 2024. Sleeps up to 6. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath and balcony. Front king bedroom has views of the Ocean, and the rear queen bedroom has views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Lower floor is a spacious open floorplan to include the Kitchen, dining area and family area. Family area has a queen sleeper sofa and full bath. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. The lower floor has a front porch with rockers and a larger rear deck for relaxing. Home is only a 4-minute walk to the private beach access.  Beach Access is between 231-235 OBW: Leaving the house turn left, walk down the street to Boyd St. turn right, cross Ocean Blvd and walk through the tree lined arch onto the beach.  Homeowner provides a guest starter pack for each rental.  (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, etc.)  This owner makes sure you have everything you need to start your vacation.  Bed Linens, Beach/Bath towels & bath mats are provided for all rentals. Ground level has parking for three vehicles, private enclosed outdoor shower, storage area, and rear patio deck with gas grilling area.  To make your vacation easy and relaxing, home has beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon for you to use during your stay.  Come and enjoy Mom's Gift!

This rental house was everything we wanted for our beach getaway! It was a beautiful, newly renovated home. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. It was so nice to have everything we needed for the beach already there. The walk to the beach is also just a couple of minutes, mostly on a non-busier street. The views from both sides were great, and each deck had chairs to sit out and enjoy it.

This rental was perfect! Location, and well stocked! All the decks to sit on and comfy rockers worked for us! Definitely gets a great breeze from all sides! Definitely will be back! Love Holden Beach!

This beach house was everything we could have wanted and more on our stay during the Memorial Day Holiday. It was the perfect getaway beach home with beautiful views on both sides. We could view the ocean from the front balconies and the intracoastal waterway from the back balconies. It was spacious and everything looked brand new. If you are taking a trip to Holden Beach, this is the place to stay!

Really enjoyed this place! It's a short walk to the beach with a quiet private access. They provided everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and the wagon made it a breeze to get there. There was plenty of room for everyone to hangout in the living area and outside porches. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the upper balconies was unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!

Great overall experience! Quick walk to the beach, not on main road so car traffic is much less! You can see the intercoastal waterway clearly on both of the back porches and the Ocean clearly from both of the front porches. Cannot wait to return next year!

Beautiful newly renovated home away from home

Wow!!! What a beautiful duplex and beach. The duplex is like new. Nothing inside that has not been renovated. We just packed our bags and they had everything else there we needed. Fabulous family beach that was a joy to rent a bike and tour the beach on. Very spacious with the perfect back deck to watch the sunset and a front deck to watch the sunrise. Views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Just a short walk to the beach. With 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa can sleep 6 very comfortably and you do have 3 full baths which is a big plus. A perfect place for your family vacation. We will for sure be visiting again.

What a wonderful stay! It was a easy trip to the beach with everything you need. There are great ocean views from the road front porches and the marsh views in the evenings are so serene. The layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms up top and a main level with a pull out and a bath made it feel so big for a town home. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and will be back.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The house was beautiful, linens and towels were provided, and the location is excellent. Just a short walk (about 4 minutes) to the beach and you have amazing views of the beach and intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms! There's a coffee shop and playground with a pickleball court and splash pad within walking distance as well. The owner takes wonderful care of the property. We can't wait to visit again!
