Newly renovated inside and out, including an outdoor firepit, gas grill and pool.*** Nauti Time home is the "adventure" floor plan, completely updated in all spaces inside and out with modern accessories. A fully stocked kitchen-which comfortably seats 14 with stainless steel appliances. The house sleeps 12 comfortably, 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds, outdoor access and full bathrooms off each, an owner's suite that feels like a hotel room- complete with a bathroom that has a large soaking tub, and a bunk room for the kids that has 2 twins and a full bed- all rooms have brand new comfortable mattresses. Two living room areas, with modern and new furniture, all rooms have internet TVs, with main living room offering an electric fireplace which can be set to your color of choice. Washing machine and dryer are large capacity and super quiet to get blankets and towels washed quickly so you can be ready for the next day's activities. The outside has all the water you will need, and comfortable furniture on all decks to enjoy the natural beauty of Holden on both ocean and marsh/intracoastal waterway with unblocked views of sunset depending on time of year. This is our dream come true shared with you as you enter into Nauti Time! Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

Loved the hot water and pressure!!!House was so nice and clean. Loved the street porch view of the marsh. (Would be nice if the 4 duplexes next door put shades on their street lights...Doesn't this bother the turtles?)
