Enjoy gorgeous marsh and ocean views from this second row 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with open living, dining and kitchen area perfect for family gatherings. Easy beach access directly across the street. Living area, 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on the first floor while the other 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on the second floor. Three bedrooms have TVs and all have ceiling fans. The kitchen/dining area includes a dining table that seats 6, an eating counter seating 4 and a high chair. Amenities include a covered porch, an open deck area, a screened porch, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill, picnic table, parking underneath, central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TVs and WIFI. Beach access is between 677 & 679 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Excellent location. 2nd Row but has views of the ocean from the main level and upstairs. Fully loaded kitchen made cooking and cleaning an ease. Timed 1 minute from the house to the beach.

Once in a Lifetime is a great house!!! Very spacious & well-equipped to meet all our needs. The large bedrooms are great with comfy beds & nice pillows. The washer & dryer were great! Good wi-if as well!!! We really enjoyed our time at this house!

For the most part we have loved this house more than any we have rented over the last 18 years. the beds are comfortable, the space is roomy and well appointed. The kitchen is laid out well and easy to work in. All appliances work well. We have reserved this house again for next year, something we never do as we like exploring new homes. But the beach view from the second row, the beach access and the marsh view make this home special. We have had a great week in spite of the rain.
