Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the home offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.

The Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is uniquely themed and comes equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, and closet. Choose your favorite from fun beach-inspired names: Captain’s Quarters, Anchors Away, Under the Sea, and The Turtle’s Nest.

The Living Room:
The living area is designed for comfort, with ample seating to unwind and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen Roku TV. Enjoy the book collection or gather for a family game night with the variety of games provided. Don’t forget to check out the bulletin board for local information, including tide charts, concert schedules, and more!

Dining & Kitchen:
The dining room features a high-top table with seating for up to 6, perfect for family meals or game nights. The fully stocked kitchen includes a variety of gadgets and appliances, such as large stock pots, platters, serving bowls, waffle maker, griddle, crockpot, blender, air fryer, drip coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. The large island comfortably seats up to 6 and is ideal for meal prep or casual hangouts.

Outdoor Spaces:
Downstairs, enjoy the porch swings and a 12-foot picnic table with overhead lighting, perfect for relaxing in the shade or catching a cool breeze. Don’t forget to snap a fun photo with your faces in the Sandy Bottoms cut-out sign and share it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok! (Sandy Bottoms Holden Beach)

There is ample storage for your beach gear under the house, and the laundry room includes a washer, dryer, extra refrigerator, beach toys, cooler, and boogie boards for your convenience. The front porch offers a peaceful spot to watch the sunrise, listen to the waves, and enjoy birdwatching.

Additional Features:

  • Expanded parking area with plenty of space for vehicles/boats.
  • Charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.
  • Bed linens (bedrooms only) provided for weekly rentals; towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
