Four bedrooms and four full baths, new living room furniture, upgraded entertainment center with 50" flat screen TV with cable in every room, internet/WIFI, hardwood floors throughout, bright interior decor, beautiful oceanside deck. Locking guest storage room, outside shower, plenty of parking, one story convenience. New kitchen renovation and window upgrades in 2021. Sea Biscuit receives many upgrades every year that guests are sure to appreciate. Enjoy a relaxing stay at Sea Biscuit! Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only

 

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guest with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. 

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

This is a great house - nicely equipped! Bathrooms are a tad dated and could use some extra shelving (for toiletries and such), but it was definitely adequate.

Seabiscuit is a very cute and well laid out house. It is nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The heated pool is really nice outdoor alternative to the beach. It is well maintained and cleaned by the pool service company.

Enjoyed the house. Air Conditioning was not working upon our arrival but we made a call to Coastal and within 30 minutes repair man was there and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Very prompt. Had a great vacation!

Major compliments to the "pool guy." We called about a dirty pool mid-week and he was there within two hours of the call. He made multiple stops throughout the rest of the week and went above and beyond to get the pool clean and refreshing. He's a true professional. By taking care of the pool in the middle of our stay during a very hot week, he saved the vacation!
