Pool with trex decking and gas grill.  Full size washer & dryer in laundry room.  This home provides bath towels and bed linens.  Just bring your beach towels.  *Garage not available for guest use*

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated Splish Splash house! Having a bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms was a plus! Our grandchildren loved the new pool and the direct access across the street to the beach. It was very nice to have 4 bikes in the garage for our use also. All of the rockers and the wicker sofa on the porch were great for reading and relaxing and looking at the ocean. The porch swing was a big hit with the grandchildren too!One suggestion is that for a house that sleeps 10, an extra large frying pan that will hold enough bacon and eggs for that many people would be helpful. Serving spoons are also needed. Nothing bigger than a soup spoon in the utensil drawer.Also, it took 4 or 5 cycles to dry anything in the dryer. We tried every setting and the results were the same.And lastly, there were only 8 chairs at the table that was suppose to seat 10. We found a stool in one bedroom that we pulled up to the table.
