Lovely beach home offering attractive décor and furnishings. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and sofa sleeper in living room. Front and back decks, rockers, park grill, enclosed outside H/C shower and guest storage provided. Excellent beach access with new ramped boardwalk. Beach access located between 1135 & 1139 OBW. Great home for a family getaway. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. 

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

We have stayed at Tradewinds several times. Nice house, and we really liked all the landscaping improvements the homeowner have done. Very pretty and "clean" looking.

The location of Tradewinds on Clippership Dr. worked out very well. It was a quiet street with beach access right at the end of the street. The home was clean and well equipped, with a very nice outside shower and great parking underneath. The only drawback for our group of 8 was the tall dining table with the tall chairs that do not move easily on the floor. We would definitely consider this home for another stay at the beach.
