Description

Relax in rockers enjoying unobstructed oceanfront views from front balcony of this delightful condo. Decorated in sunny colors, unit is furnished with high speed WIFI, laundry, breakfast bar and ceiling fans throughout. Captain's Villas amenities include community swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills and short walk to the private beach access located between 1067 & 1069 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not permitted to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Amenities are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.

This was our 9th year at Holden Beach. This was a GREAT place. It was one of the (if not the most) clean home we have stayed in. We could tell that it has been taken care of. Plus, the furniture was clean. Some homes we have stayed in the furniture was very used and did not seem clean. This home was nice. The tennis courts were great! It was also very convenient to have the check-out procedures on the key envelope. A little thing, but appreciated.We were very please with our stay and would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Drop Anchor! The views are fantastic and the house is perfect for the two of us. We love staying at Holden Beach. We have stayed at other beaches but none are as relaxing and truly a getaway fairly close to home.

Wonderful accommodations arranged with two main rooms for reading, leisure, or relaxing. Nauticaldecor well done and very appropriate for making this a beach house one that will provide special memoriesfor young and older guests and visitors alike. Perfect view of the ocean from front porch that is very inviting and shaded in the heat of the day. A real treat for a senior couple that enjoyed their vacation to the fullest.
