From the large pool complete with outdoor TV, to the elevator and open concept main level, no detail has been overlooked. Relax with unobstructed views of the entire island from multiple oceanfront decks or spend a day on the beach just steps away from your front door. Take a longer walk toward the pier or a short walk to the point for seashell and hermit crab hunting. Located on the east end of the island where light traffic creates a quiet, kid-friendly environment that is convenient to the bridge, restaurants and other Holden Beach amenities. The first floor offers a gourmet kitchen, living and dining area, a covered deck, a convenient half-bath and a king suite with unobstructed views of the coastal marsh. The second floor has a master suite with king bed and access to an oceanfront deck, a queen bedroom with access to the oceanfront deck and a bunk room with four twin beds. The third floor retreat has a king bed and full bath. Other amenities include ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms, WIFI throughout, expanded cable, washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, outdoor eating/entertaining area and gas grill. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We love this house...we had it last year and have reserved it for next year.The 3 king suites and two other bedrooms / bathrooms are perfect for my family.The pool area is perfect and a big focal point.The beach access is wonderful.

This was our first time to Holden Beach and we fell in Love! The house was PERFECT, just like the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked, we enjoyed the balcony’s. The mattresses were great, we had a group of eleven including 4 children whom loved the bunk beds. Working with coastal vacations at this location was wonderful. We had many emails/ phone calls with Rhonda which she was extremely helpful. We had the pleasure to meet the owners of the home whom came to get the outdoor TV working. Back in March in the beginning of COVID we were unsure if we would be be able to come, but so glad we did. We felt safe, our group enjoyed the beach and the pool. I didn’t feel the beach was crowed, we were able to keep our distance. Hopefully next year we can enjoy some local restaurants. We had brought all our meat down, and found everything needed at the local food lion. We look forward to booking this home again next tear if we are able! Overall it is a gorgeous home, the best one we have stayed at on a beach vacation!
