Great second row beach cottage. Well maintained by owner, bright and comfortable home. Your family will enjoy the nice accommodations both inside and outside. Ceiling fans in all rooms, high chair. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Covered deck with ocean view and full-length back deck with waterway view. Large outside shower, rockers, back deck furniture and charcoal grill. Beach access located between 163 & 167 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

This place is special to us, fifth trip, only place we have stayed at since our first trip to Holden in 1997. Our last trip there was 8 years ago, so it was like coming home. All in all, we did enjoy our stay there, the beach, sunsets and sunrises, Church service and reconnecting with a friend, turtle talk, and family time making memories. Thank you! We will return. We love the house and take care of it as if it were ours. Great location to beach and marina. This is not our 1st stay nor out last. Owner takes great pride in her house. kitchen has everything not a want for nothing, even a waffle iron!

This is a nice home that was a good value for our family of 4. The location is great, within easy walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream and the beach access is just one house over and across the street. It has a nice large enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area.

Wayne's World was quite a gem. The decor was beachy fun and the location was fabulous. We really enjoyed the beach access directly across the street. The house needs more light and a new King bed and maybe some new shower heads. Other than that, my family and I were pleased.

This is a quaint little property with exactly what we needed to enjoy our week at the beach!The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean. There were all the dishes one could need.The beach access was directly across the street.The front and back decks were perfect for sitting and enjoying my family.
