2025 Free Beach Gear w/ Weekly Rentals - 3 Points All Year !!

 

Luxurious oceanfront home with spacious rooms and large windows with views of ocean and sound. Large expanse of uncrowded beach. Artist designed decor with lots of extras. Private deck off master bedroom with chaise lounge, rockers, and view of sound. Deck with rockers off living room overlooking the ocean. Private beach walkway with NEW Mobi Mat through the dunes for easy access to the ocean. Wireless high speed internet, 3 TVs with movie and sports channels and HBO. Well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans, hammock, outdoor enclosed shower, Park model Charcoal Grill. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Beach/Bath Towel Combo and Bath Mats are provided for weekly rentals only.

To preserve amenities for Whitecaps West guests, no access or key is available for the other unit.

** Please note this home does not accept 2025 reservation holds. The reservation fee and half of the 2025 rental rate is due when booking any week. **

We noticed a couple of things the property owner should be made aware of. The window in the front most bedroom leaks if the rain hits it. This is not one that opens so it would seem it needs to be caulked on the exterior. Also the weather stripping on the back door is loose.

Very well maintained and supplied with all our needs from linens to beach chairs. A tremendous asset for us with traveling from Pa. The set up of the facilities was very accommodating for our family of 9.Would definitely return to Whitecaps west.....Thank you

Whitecaps West is a lovely well stocked home with lots of personal touches. It is clean, well laid out and offers great ocean views. I had some minor equipment issues which Coastal took care of with promptness and courtesy.
