We came here for a family gathering and decided to stay at this home because of our fur baby. We liked staying here. We saw deer grazing behind the fence. We BBQ'd with the family and hung in the backyard as well as in the carport. Our dog especially loved the fenced in backyard and it was so nice and convenient for us and her. The interior of the house was very well kept. The ocean views are nice and we could hear the waves crashing at night. The walk to the beach took no time at all, which is awesome considering all the gear we took. Overall we will go back and stay. And lastly, we love the name and we now catch ourselves saying "That's What Sea Said" vs. the norm.

Just do it!!

A little late posting… our family of four visited back in September with our dogs. We could not have been more pleased with this rental. It’s only two minutes from a lovely, quiet beach where we spent our days, then at night, we enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The huge backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Don’t hesitate to book here. It does not disappoint! Hope to return next year.

Can’t wait to go back!

We loved it! We could see & hear the ocean from the front bedroom. The backyard is awesome. Dogs loved it. We loved having options to sit outside. 4 balconies and loungers in the backyard. Downstairs is very spacious. Very well kept home. Less than 2 min walk to beach which is super convenient. We will def stay again.

We had a great stay. The location was awesome. The backyard was exactly as the pictures show, large and fenced in. The home is very well kept. Comfortable bedrooms, extra stow away beds which was great for our family. They had good cookware & outdoor seating for carport & balconies. The deer outback while watching the sunsets was really cool. We’ll def stay again.

Great location with easy, walkable beach access (3 minute walk from door to toes in sand).Well appointed home with all amenities one could need. Home is extremely well maintained — we experienced none of the common issues that are common with vacation rentals. Showed water pressure was particularly impressive and no annoying drainage issues, either!Washer and dryer are on the older side, but they do the job just fine.
