Spectacular ocean views await you in this beautiful second row home with elevator, private pool and close beach access directly across the street. The inverted floor plan offers open concept living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Includes a gas fireplace for winter guests. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a gas cook top. Dining table seats 10 and the eating counter seats 4. Home has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath. Hardwood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has large shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to enjoy the sun or shade. Flat screen TVs throughout, expanded cable, WIFI, high chair, pack-n-play, laundry room. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, picnic table, charcoal grill, deck and porch chair. Beach acess located between 155 & 157 OBW. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels (Bath, Hand, and Wash cloth) are provided for Weekly Rentals only. Beds made upon arrival for Weekly Rentals only.

There are a few things in the unit that could use some attention but are pretty typical for a rental. The one sofa has no back cushions which I thought was a little odd. The staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals is awesome. I spoke with Terri (hope I spelled it right) and Brooke a couple times before and during our week. They went over and above anything I could have asked. I highly recommend using their agency.

Fantastic home and everything you could ask for. The location and pool could not be better. The ocean view was great for a non beachfront home. Had to contact Coastal Vacation Rentals for a small problem and it was handled very quickly. We will return.

The Coastal website was an accurate representation of the house. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed except for a hair dryer. Do not normally bring one since houses usually have one. Very accessible to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and very clean. We had a large family with small kids and we loved how kid friendly the house was and it was handicap friendly and we really appreciated that. We are all so sad to leave and cant wait for next years family vacation.
