Beautiful marsh home built higher than most with ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal views from decks and porches.  Enjoy private pool, inverted living area with open floor plan.  Dining table comfortably seats 10.  Two master bedrooms and two sitting areas with TVs. Ceiling fans in sitting areas and three bedrooms.  Includes High-speed internet, Expanded Cable, Enclosed H/C Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, Picnic Table and Benches. Beach Access located between 963 & 965 OBW. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Best kitchen we have had including cookware, knives and flatware. Well done. We love the ten seat table as we can all eat do dinner together for first time. Very well planned. We think it was custom made. Beautiful porches and views front and back. Quick walk to beach.nice pool area.Ten of Ten!!

House is simply wonderful and obviously well loved. There is a huge selection of really nice cookware and sharp knives! We appreciated all of the touches like the drawer organizers and the corn hole boards and the little paint brush to help get rid of sand. The panty is bigger than a college dorm room!

Had a wonderful week at Best Day Ever! Enjoyed the solitude, the beach, and inter coastal. Our grandkids were in the pool a lot. Had our annual Corn Hole tourney with a different winner this year. In honor of the Olympics we had gold, silver, and bronze medals. GREAT TIME ALL AROUND!!! Thank you for the accommodations.

We chose 'Best Day Ever' for our first trip to Holden Beach because of the pool and the large table that could seat our entire family at one time. The pictures online were helpful (so that we could see bed/bath configurations) and beautiful, but in person, the home was even prettier and more welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the ocean breezes on the top oceanside deck (spent lots of time in the rocking chairs), the views of the surf, the relatively close beach access, the well-stocked game closet, and how nice the home was furnished. The personalization by the owner family added a warm touch, and kept reminding us that this IS someone else's home on loan to our family, so we tried to treat it as such. We have already put a hold on 'Best Day Ever' for a week in July 2022!

All accommodations were really beyond our expectations. For many years we haveStayed at Surfside Beach, SC. This was very different. Quieter, better views, and even More relaxing. Kinda just what you advertise. We also appreciated the ease of checking in and out. Even though we didn’t leave our place spotless, we have always been of the mindset of leaving the rentals as good or better than when we arrived. We give each of the grandkids an area to police and then check it out. Thanks again. The Hutters

This is the best house that we have ever rented. Our family group of 10 (6 adults and 4 little ones) enjoyed everything that the house had to offer. It is well cared for and has everything that we needed. The pool is a plus for sure! Thank you for allowing us to rent it.
